Born and raised in India, Tej pursued a degree in computer science engineering, which set the stage for her entry into the fast-paced world of IT. In her early career, she worked with some of the most prestigious organizations, including Hewlett Packard, HCL, and Deutsche Bank. These roles gave her a solid foundation in the industry, equipping her with the skills and expertise that would fuel her future success.
Tej made a life-changing decision to move to the UK and then joined Herjavec Group, now known as Cyderes, a well-known player in the cybersecurity space. What made her entry into the company so remarkable was the fact that she was the very first employee in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department. Starting as an Analyst, Tej began working on a small set of IAM projects, but it didn’t take long for her to realize that IAM was not just a job—it was a field that deeply fascinated her.
Tej's natural curiosity and passion for learning about the tools and technologies within the IAM space propelled her forward. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, she consistently delivered on every task assigned to her, always striving to do her best. This work ethic did not go unnoticed, and soon Tej was presented with multiple opportunities to grow within the organization.
Over the years, Tej moved from Analyst to Senior Analyst, and then to Lead, eventually becoming a Practice Manager. Each step up the ladder was earned through hard work, dedication, and a desire to innovate within her field. Today, as Managing Director, Tej leads a global team of professionals in the IAM domain, overseeing the delivery of complex solutions to clients worldwide.
